Research.
Thematically, my research work coalesces around Pro-Poor development, Public Policy, Governance and Democracy, Geopolitics, International Relations, Migration, Human Rights, Youth & Gender, Livelihoods, and the impacts of COVID-19 on citizens.
Monitoring & Evaluation.
I competently lead evaluation assessments and surveys through the development of Attitude and Practice Surveys, Impact Monitoring Surveys ,Baseline Survey and End-line Surveys. I can effectively develop logical frameworks and indicators and establish appropriate community based monitoring and evaluation systems.
Data analysis.
I am proficient in quantitative data analysis using R Studio, Stata and Microsoft Excel. I can expertly conduct qualitative data analysis using NVivo Thematic Content Analysis and Discourse Analysis
Data management.
I can manage databases and Information Systems ranging from simple Microsoft Excel worksheets, Microsoft Access and DHIS2. I am adept at mixed methods including questionnaires, Survey Monkey, Focus Group Discussions, Research Roundtables, different forms of structured and Semi-structured Interviews.

Provided technical support as necessary to the process of developing and monitoring Annual Work Plans, including reporting on progress of Child Labour free Zones.
Provided technical support as necessary in organising and managing annual/mid-year/mid-term/end term country programme reviews ensuring consistency with objectives and goals set out in the implementation plan.
Supported the programme components to effectively monitor and report on the intersectoral programme results, cross sectoral programme component results and field office results to facilitate programme coherence and convergence where appropriate.
Designed data quality assurance processes and oversee their full institutionalization within the project.
Contributed to the development of work plans and oversee monitoring systems to track project performance and changes in projects. Support the development, design, and writing of proposals and concept notes
Ensured effective referral tracking and linkages to services for all referred beneficiaries – the returnees, feeding program and livelihood project.
